Italy’s first Dr. Hauschka flagship store opened its doors in time for Milan Fashion Week, on September 18th. The store is located in Milan’s historic center at Via Abbadesse 20.

The building is a former monastery that dates back to the 5th century. It has old ceilings, made from waxed spruce wood, terracotta floors, and door/window lintels with antique tiles.

In line with the brand’s guiding principle, ‘Nature’s treasures transformed for you,’ natural and sustainable materials were used in the restoration, including wood panelling made from plantation poplars, water-based varnishes and untreated glass and steel.

Dr. Hauschka’s three brands are featured in the store – WALA Medicines, Dr. Hauschka Skin Care and Dr. Hauschka Med. The company’s products are exported to over 40 countries.

Visitors are offered treatments and consultations with a Dr. Hauschka Esthetician. There is also a separate area devoted exclusively to make-up.
